We are pleased to announce the winning designs for the 2013-2014 Jump Rope and Hoops For Heart t-shirts!

Tyler is from North Carolina and Sarah is from New Jersey. They shared with us why they participated in the contest this year:

Tyler: “I was inspired by my grandfather, who struggled with several heart conditions, and by my passion to draw. I’m excited about having the winning design. It was for a great cause and it encourages me to keep drawing. What I like about Jump Rope For Heart is that they are always helping kids of all ages around the world with heart conditions.”

Sarah: “As soon as I was told about this contest, I came home and got right to work on my drawing. The contest was perfect for me: I love to doodle and draw and I love to play sports. I especially liked the idea that the design had to do with sports and that the winner would have their picture on shirts everyone might wear. I tried to come up with a kind of mascot for my picture, and thought my design really got the Hoops For Heart idea across. I’m extremely excited that my design will inspire others.”
